NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to dispose by way of the grant of a lease the following play areas within Trowbridge under the Community Asset Transfer Scheme to Trowbridge Town Council which includes land which is used for open space, recreation and amenity purposes:
OPEN SPACES AT BEECH GROVE, CAVELL COURT, CORNBRASH RISE, DRYNHAM PARK, ELM GROVE (PAXCROFT), ELM GROVE PLAY AREA, FOXGLOVE DRIVE, HULBERT CLOSE, LACOCK GARDENS, LAMPLIGHTERS WALK, MILLARDS CLOSE, OLD FARM ROAD,
PAINTERS MEAD, PARSONAGE GREEN, SEYMOUR ROAD, SILVER MEADOWS, STALLARD STREET, STOURTON PARK, THE POPLARS, WOOLPACK MEADOWS, WORSTEAD CLOSE,

Plans showing the play areas being leased are available for inspection on request during normal working hours at Wiltshire Council's offices at County Hall Trowbridge.
