NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT Application number: 17/01463/FUL Proposed development at Bugley Barton Farm, Land South of Victoria Road, Warminster. I give notice that Persimmon Homes is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission for A Comprehensive Development Comprising Demolition of the Existing Farm Buildings and Construction of 232 Residential Dwellings (Use Class C3), a New Vehicular Access, Public Open Space, Landscaping, Sustainable Urban Drainage and other Associated Infrastructure Works and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The Environmental Statement is now the subject of Other Information and Evidence submissions. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk. Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Persimmon Homes, Verona House, Tetbury Hill, Malmesbury, Wiltshire, SN16 9JR, who shall advise of the cost associated to providing copies, so long as stocks last. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (FOOTPATH 28 AND FOOTPATH 29, TROWBRIDGE) (CYCLE TRACKS) ORDER 2016

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 28 February 2017 Wiltshire Council confirmed the above mentioned Order, without modification, under section 3(3)(b) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984 the effect of which will be the following lengths of footpaths have been designated as a cycle track: Footpath 28 - for its complete length from its junction with Drynham Road to its junction with Footpath 30; Footpath 29 - for its complete length from its junction with Footpath 30 to its junction with Footpath 31. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours and at Trowbridge Library, Ground Floor, County Hall, Trowbridge between the hours of 8.30am to 7pm Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9am to 5pm Saturday. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation 28 days after the date of this Notice.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C36 Tramways (Part), Corsham; from its junction with Wastfield in a westerly direction for its entire length to enable HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Ltd on behalf of Network Rail to safely position and operate a crane for Corsham Aqueduct replacement works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 1 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required:

i. From 18.00 on 1 April 2017 to 11.00 on 2 April 2017;



ii. From 18.00 on 8 April 2017 to 11.00 on 9 April 2017.



It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C361 Castle Street (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with C372 Market Street to its junction with C361 Fore Street; (b) C361 (Part) Fore Street, Trowbridge; from its junction with C361 Castle Street to its junction with Wicker Hill; (c) Wicker Hill, Trowbridge; from its junction with C361 Fore Street to its junction with Hill Street; (d) Manvers Street, Trowbridge; from its junction with C361 Fore Street to its junction with C372 Church Street to enable Wessex Water to carry out company pipe separation. Alternative route via B3106 - Conigre - C372 Church Street - Union Street - The Halve - A361 County Way - A363 Bythesea Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on Sunday 2 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day. For further information please contact Wessex Water on 0345 600 4 600. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (e) A350 (Part) West End, Westbury; from its junction with B3097 Station Road to its junction with Market Place to enable Wessex Water to replace/rebed a manhole cover and frame. Alternative

routes: for HGVs via A350 (unaffected length) - A36 - A361 - A363 - A350 (unaffected

length) and vice versa; all other traffic via B3097 Station Road - C390 Rosefield Way -C390 The Mead - A350 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.00 and 15.00. For further information please contact

Malford; from its junction with B4069 Main Road for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 16 March 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 23 March 2017.
