Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 28 April 2017 quoting the reference number. Notice of Making an Order Wiltshire Council Highways Act 1980 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, The Wiltshire Council South Wraxall 32 (part) Creation and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017 The above order, made on 30 March 2017, under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public footpath from OS Grid ref ST 8215 6282 leading broadly west on the made path at Cumberwell Park golf course to join bridleway 26 (new path width 2 metres approx. length 560 metres) and as shown on the order map. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Bradford and Melksham Rural District Council Area definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. The Order is made concurrently with The Wiltshire Council South Wraxall 32 (part) and Unrecorded Footpath Extinguishment and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017. A copy of the order and map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Rights of Way and Countryside, Wiltshire Council, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge BA14 0XA 9-5 Mon to Fri. Copies of the order and map may be bought there (£5). Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to S Madgwick, Rights of Way Officer, Rights of Way and Countryside, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN not later than 5pm on 9th May 2017. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Bradford and Melksham Rural District Council Area definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Bewley Lane (Part), Lacock; from its junction with Mons Lane East in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 650 metres to enable Wessex Water to install a washout. Alternative route via Bewley Lane (unaffected
length) - C155 The Wharf - Hither Way - C155 Melksham Road - West Street - Chapel Hill - Cantax Hill - Mons Lane
East and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 4 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 6 May 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Amendment to Prohibition of Driving Restriction: the Former A350 (Outmarsh),
Melksham Without
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to temporarily amend the existing Prohibition of Driving Order on the former A350 (Outmarsh), Melksham Without to allow goods vehicles requiring access for the purpose of constructing the permitted development (planning permission 16/09699) for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance Headquarters to proceed on the former A350 (Outmarsh), Melksham Without; between a point in line with the northern elevation of No.561 Semington Road and a point approximately 30m north of that elevation, in order to ingress/ egress works relating to the permitted development. The amendment to the existing order will be in operation for the duration of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The Order will come into operation on 10 April 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Carlton Row, Trowbridge; from its junction with A363 Bradley Road for a distance of approximately 30m to enable Wessex Water to reline a broken sewer. Alternative route via Carlton Row (unaffected length) - The Croft - Holbrook Lane - A363 Bradley Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 14 April 2017. Alternative route via C363 Newtown - Gloucester Road -Bond Street - Wesley Road (unaffected length). This Order will come into operation on 11 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 13 April 2017. This Order will come into operation on 10 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 12 April 2017. This Order will come into operation on 10 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 12 April 2017. Alternative route via C391 Bradford Road/Limpley Stoke Road (unaffected length) - B3108 Winsley Bypass - C391 Winsley Road/Bradford Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily until 21 April 2017. Alternative route via A3102 (unaffected length) - C502 Eastern Way - C502 Melksham Relief Road - C502 Snowberry Lane - C382 Spa Road - A365 - A350 - A3102 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.00 until 12 April 2017.
