Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in accordance with the provisions of Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, intend to vary the fees for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Licences and Private Hire Operator Licences. They will be applicable within the Wiltshire Council area as detailed below with effect from 1st May 2017 (or on a date, being not later than two months from the first date, if objection is made). 1. The County of Wiltshire (Bradford on Avon) (prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank | Clearways and On Street parking) Consolidation Order 2010 (Amendment No.6) Order 2017



2. pedestrian Crossing - B3109 Frome Road, Bradford on Avon (previously advertised as 2016)



Notice is hereby given that on 4 April 2017 Wiltshire Council a) made the above mentioned Order 1 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Bradford on Avon Consolidation Order 2010 by revoking Map Schedule No EL20 dated 31 March 2010 and replacing it by the insertion of Map Schedule No EL20 dated 18th April 2017 the effect of which will be to remove parking Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm Resident permit Holder or 2 hours No return within 2 hours on B3109 Frome Road - east side - from a point 30 metres north of its junction with Kennet Gardens for a distance of 11 metres in a northerly direction; b) in exercise of its powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 will install a "pUFFIN" (pedestrian User-Friendly Intelligent) Crossing, a form of traffic signal-controlled crossing in B3109 Frome Road at a point 136 metres south of its junction with Pound Lane. A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order and crossing will come into operation on 18 April 2017.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A361 (part) paxcroft/Devizes Road, Hilperton and Semington; from Paxcroft roundabout to Semington roundabout | to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing and road markings. Alternative route via A361 (unaffected length) - A363 - A350 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 6 May 2017. It is anticipated that the road will be closed on the following dates:

Saturday 6 May 2017 and Sunday 7 May 2017 between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00. Sunday 14 May 2017 between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00.

It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. TheOrderwill havea maximum duration of18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: B4069 Main Road (part), Christian Malford and Sutton Benger; from a point approximately 170m west of its junction with Avonweir Lane to a point approximately 300m east of its junction with Station Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction, surface dressing and road markings. Alternative route via B4069 (unaffected length) - A420 - A4 - A3102 - B4069 (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 13 February 2017 will now recommence on 21 April and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) B3108 Lower Stoke (part), Limpley Stoke; for a distance of approximately 25m either side of the rail bridge to enable AMEY to carry out an essential bridge inspection. Alternative route via B3108 (unaffected length) - A36 - Bathwick Street - A4 - A363 - B3108 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 9 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. Alternative route via Pembroke Road - C398 Queensway - C382 Spa Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 5 May 2017. This Order will come into operation on 21 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 28 April 2017; (e) Lye Common, Christian Malford; from its junction with C118 Station Road to its junction with C132 Thornend to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriagewayreconstruction work, surface dressing and road markings. Alternative route via C118 Station Road/Foxham Road - C111 West End - C132 Thornend and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 April 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 28 April 2017.
