Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 16 (part), Christian Malford; for a distance of approximately 100m covering the area of the railway level crossing. The closure is implemented in the interests of public safety due to insufficient warning time for approaching trains. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. An alternative route may be found via Friday Street. This Order which was due to expire on 1 August 2017 will now continue in force until 1 February 2018 or until the completion of the work, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the work will take until 27 August 2017 to complete. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C225 Church Lane (part), Limpley Stoke; from its junction with Middle Stoke in an easterly direction to the county boundary to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out CCTV investigation survey and associated works. Alternative route via C225 Church Lane (unaffected length) - New Road - Freshford Lane - Rosemary Lane - Abbey Lane - A36 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 25 August 2017. Alternative route via C153 Fowlswick Lane (unaffected length) - C153 Allington Lane - C154 Kington St Michael Road - A350 - A420 - B4039 - C153 Fowlswick Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 22 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 26 August 2017. Alternative route via B3107 - B3109 - A363 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 19 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 21 August 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (d) UC Gastard to Thingley Cottage Farm, Corsham; from its junction with C155 Gastard Lane for a distance of approximately 250m to enable Wessex Water to carry out company pipe separation works. Alternative route via UC Gastard to Thingley Cottage Farm (unaffected length) Lacock Road South - C163 Thingley Top/Coppershell - C155 Lanes End/Chapel Hill/Gastard Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 31 July 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 11 August 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (e) Christchurch Road (part), Bradford on Avon; for a distance of approximately 40m between properties no. 43 and 47 to enable Wessex Water to excavate in the carriageway to repair a broken sewer. Alternative route: via Berryfield Road. This Orderwhich previouslycame into operation on 10 July2017 will now recommence on 31 July2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 4 August 2017. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated thatthe workswill takethe stated durationsto complete depending upon weatherconditions. Accesswill be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 56 (part), Corsham; from its junction with Potley Lane in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 230m to its junction with Footpath 57, Corsham to enable Building works to be completed. An alternative route will be clearly marked along the boundary of the development. This Order which was due to expire on 1 August2017 will nowcontinuein forceuntil 28 February2018
