LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982 (AS AMENDED) SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT HAMPSHIRE RESTAURANTS LTD has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council on 2nd August 2017 for renewal of the licence to use premises as a sexual entertainment venue. The premises are For Your Eves Only at 136-140 OLD CHRISTCHURCH ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH BH1 1NL.

OBJECTIONS: A person who wish­es to object to this application must give notice in writing of his/her objection to the Director of Environmental Health and Consumer Services, Town Hall, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL, within 28 days of the date of application which is given above. The objector must state the general grounds of the objection. The Council will not reveal the names of the objectors without their consent
