Proposed development at:
North of Deansleigh Road through the fields at the northern boundary of the hospital and in the fields north of Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 7DS
Take notice that application is being made by: Bournemouth Borough Council and Dorset County Council
Applicant Name: Mr Ian Kalra
For planning permission to: Description of proposed development: The development of a new junction and associated works on the A338 Wessex Way to provide a connection to the Wessex Fields business park and the Royal Bournemouth Hospital via Deansleigh Road. The first phase is to construct on and off slip roads from the southbound carriageway and second phase includes construction of a new bridge over the A338 and access to the northbound carriageway.

Statement of owners' rights:
The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants' rights:
The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
