Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010
The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 09/03/2018 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Eurovia to undertake works for carriageway resurfacing, surface dressing and road markings: (e) Combe Lane, Bratton; from its junction with B3098 Westbury Road for its entire length. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 22 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days; (f) C235 (Part) Hisomley, Dilton Marsh; from its junction with A3098 to its junction with Old Dilton Road; (g) Old Dilton Road, Dilton Marsh and Westbury; from its junction with Hisomley to its junction with A350 Chalford. Alternative route via A3098 - Camargue Road - Westbury Leigh - Laverton Road - A350 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 23 February 2018; (h) Whaddon Lane and Whaddon, Hilperton; from its junction with B3105 Hill Street for its entire length to enable Eurovia to undertake works for carriageway resurfacing, surface dressing and road markings. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 22 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 23 February 2018;
(i) C155 (Part) Hither Way/The Wharf/Bowden Hill, Lacock and
Calne Without; from its junction with Melksham Road to its junction with A342 Sandy Lane. Alternative route via Melksham Road - A350 -A3102 - A342 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 20 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 22 February 2018; (j) Upper South Wraxall (Part), South Wraxall; from its junction with B3109 Norbin to its junction with C215 (Middlebridge Stables). Alternative route via B3109 - C215 Upper South Wraxall (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day; (k) Coulston Hollow, Coulston; from its junction with B3098 for a distance of approximately 990m in a south-westerly direction. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 23 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 27 February 2018. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (l) Monastery Road (Part), Edington; from its junction with The Weir to its junction with Lower Road to enable Ringway to carry out footway reconstruction works. This Order will come into operation on 22 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 1 March 2018. This Order will come into operation on 22 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 23 February 2018. junction with Eastbourne Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a south-easterly direction. to enable Wessex Water to undertake works to add a connection. Alternative route via Eastbourne Road - Eastbourne Gardens - Ashton Street - Harford Street (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 19 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 21 February 2018. Parva; from a point adjacent "The Terrace" for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction to enable Wessex Water to undertake works to install a meter. Alternative route via Low Road (unaffected length) - High Street - School Lane - B3098 Westbury Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 23 February 2018. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (p) C136 (Part), Hazeland, Bremhill; for a distance of approximately 150m covering Hazeland Weir Bridge to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out bridge investigation and maintenance works. Alternative route via C136 Hazeland (unaffected
length) - C113 Dumb Post Hill/Ratford Hill - A4 Chilvester Hill/Black
Dog Hill - Norley Lane - C136 Hazeland (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 15 May 2017 will now recommence on 19 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for four weeks. diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is
anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works.

2. The County of Wiltshire (B3105 and B3107, Bradford on Avon,

Holt and South Wraxall) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2018 (Previously advertised as 2017) Notice is hereby given that on 6 February 2018 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to revoke The County of Wilts (Restricted Roads) (No.3) Order 1964 for administrative purposes, revoke The County of Wiltshire B3105/B3109, Bradford Leigh, Bradford on Avon) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2002 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 1, revoke The County of Wiltshire (B3015 and B3107, Bradford on Avon, South Wraxall and Holt) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2013 and re-enact it, in part, in the above Order 2 and to introduce a 40mph speed limit B3105 - from a point 60 metres south east of its junction with B3109, Bradford on Avon to a point 204 metres north west of the access to property known as Woolley Park Farm; Woolley Street - From a point 21 metres north east of its junction with Grange View to its junction with the B3105 at Woolley Green. A copy of the Orders and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on
19 February 2018.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction and associated works: (a) A363 (Part) St. Margaret's Street, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with Station Approach to its junction with Silver Street; (b) B3107 (Part) Silver Street, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with St. Margaret's Street to its junction with Woolley Street; (c) B3107 (Part) Woolley Street, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with Silver Street to its junction with Holt Road; (d) B3107 (Part) Holt Road, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with Woolley Street to its junction with Benjamin Street/Springfield Roundabout. Alternative route via B3107 - B3105 -B3106 - A363 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 11 March 2018. It is anticipated that the closures will be required for one day between the hours of 19.00 and midnight on 11 March 2018, and again for one day on 18 March 2018 (24 hours). It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative route via Footpath 74, Corsham - Guyers Lane - A4 and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 12 March 2018 and is anticipated that the closure will be required for up to six months. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months.
