Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010
The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed
Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications
and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning
applications listed below should be made by 20/04/2018 quoting the
reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will
be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

Notice of Public Path Order and Definitive Map Modification Order
Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Sections 257 and Paragraph 1
of Schedule 14 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Section 53A
THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL FOOTPATH MONKTON FARLEIGH 7 DIVERSION
AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2018.
The above Order was made on 20th March 2018. The effect of the Order, if
confirmed as made will be to divert part of footpath MFAR7, south of the A363,
Farleigh Wick, Monkton Farleigh. An alternative length of footpath will be
created from A363 at Farleigh Wick, leading in a south easterly direction and
then south, south westerly direction for a total of approximately 190 metres
(width 3.5 metres). The Bradford and Melksham Rural District Council area
definitive map and statement dated 1952 will be amended accordingly. The
diversion is necessary to enable the construction of a wildlife pond relating
to planning application 17/05569/FUL.A copy of the Order and the Order
Map have been placed, and may be seen free of charge, at the Rights of
Way Section, Wiltshire Council, Ascot Court, Trowbridge, BA14 0XA during
normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at a
price of £5. If you have any queries about the Order please telephone Craig

may be sent or delivered in writing to Craig Harlow, Rights of Way and
Countryside, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge,

on which it is made. If no such representation or objections are duly made,
or if any so made are withdrawn, Wiltshire Council may confirm the Order
as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the
Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representation
or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Consolidation Order 2018
(Previously advertised as 2017)
Notice is hereby given that on 20 March 2018 Wiltshire Council made
the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(“the Act of 1984”) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to revoke The
County of Wiltshire (Corsham) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi
Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2009, with
amendments 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, and re-enact it in the above Order and to
include additional restrictions as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting
at any time on Arnolds Mead – east side and north side; Edinburgh
Way – south side and north side; Freestone Way – both sides; Hastings
Road – both sides; High Street – west side; Kings Avenue – east side
and south east side; Lacock Road – south side; Leafield Way – east side;
Lypiatt Road – west side and south side; Meriton Avenue – west side;
Paul Street – both sides; Park Lane – north side; Potley Lane – east side
and west side; Pound Pill (School Access Road) – north side; Priory
Street – north side and south side; Prospect – west side; South Street –
both sides; Station Road – south side; Tellcroft Close – north side; The
Lagger – both sides; Valley Road – both sides; b) To extend No Waiting
at any time on Beechfield Road – north side; Lacock Road – south
side; Methuan Park (Access Road to Next Store) – both sides; Pound
Pill – east side; Stokes Road – north side; Station Road – north side and
south side; c) To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
on Station Road – north side; d) To revoke No Waiting at any time on
Priory Street – north side. Following a decision from the Cabinet Member
for Highways, Transport and Waste amendments have been made to the
restrictions previously advertised on High Street, Lacock Road, Lypiatt
Road, Priory Street and The Tynings. A copy of the Order and plans
may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea
Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the
Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision
contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the
relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement
of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation
made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to
the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made,
make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come
into operation on 2 April 2018.
Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Various Temporary Traffic Restrictions: Corsham 10K Running
Race and Fun Run
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order
to close temporarily to all vehicular traffic: (a) Lacock Road (Part),
Corsham; from its junction with B3353 Pound Pill to its junction with
C157 Ladbrook Lane; and to implement temporary No Waiting at Any
Time restrictions on B3353 Pickwick Road (Part), Corsham (eastbound
side of carriageway only) at the following locations: (b) for a distance of
approximately 35m between the junctions of Alexander Terrace and Paul
Street (Numbers 43 – 45); (c) for a distance of approximately 50m between
the junctions of Paul Street and Providence Lane (Numbers 51a – 55); (d) for
a distance of approximately 15m between the junctions of Providence Lane
and Beechfields Road (Numbers 57 – 63). These temporary traffic measures
are required to safeguard members of the public and participants whilst
enabling the Corsham 10K Running Race and Fun Run to take place. This
Order will come into operation on Sunday 22 April 2018 with the exception
of vehicles officially involved in the Race, vehicles being used for ambulance,
police or fire brigade purposes, or the purpose of a statutory undertaker
in an emergency, or with permission being given by a Police Constable in
uniform. It is anticipated that closure (a) and restrictions (b), (c) and (d) will
be required between the hours of 8.45 and midday. For further information

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close
temporarily to all traffic: (a) A365 Bath Road (Part), Atworth; from
its junction with C169 Neston Road for a distance of approximately 830m
in a north-westerly direction to enable Tarmac to undertake carriageway
reconstruction works including road marking, ironworks and associated
works. Alternative route via A365 (unaffected length) – A365 – A4 – A350 –
A365 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation
on 25 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily
between the hours of 07.00 and 19.00 until 27 April 2018. For further

(b) Whaddon Lane (Part), Hilperton; from its junction with Hill Street
for a distance of approximately 100m in a north-easterly direction to enable
BT Openreach to replace a telegraph pole. No alternative route is available.
This Order will come into operation on 24 April 2018 and it is anticipated
that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30
and 15.30. For further information please contact A-Plant Lux (on behalf of
BT Openreach) on 03700500792; (c) Ladbrook Lane (Part), Corsham;
for a distance of approximately 150m either side of the railway bridge to
enable Amberon to remove graffiti from the rail structure. Alternative route
via Ladbrook Lane (unaffected length) – C150 Lacock Road – B3353 Pound
Hill/Prospect/Linleys and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on
23 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily
between the hours of 08.00 and 17.00 until 26 April 2018. For further

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close
temporarily to all traffic: (d) A3098 (Part) Penknapp Road/Tower Hill,
Dilton Marsh; from its junction with B3099 Tanyard Way to its junction with
C235 The Hollow to enable Ringway to undertake works to amend traffic
calming measures. Alternative route via A3098 (unaffected length) – B3099 –
A36 – Thoulstone - A3098 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will
come into operation on 4 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure
will be required until 21 April 2018. For further information please contact
Kirsty Rose (Wiltshire Council) on 01225 756182; (e) B3108 Lower Stoke
(Part), Limpley Stoke; for a distance of approximately 25m either side of
the railway bridge to enable Centurion Site Services to undertake safety and
structural examination of railway bridge. Alternative route via B3108 Lower
Stoke/Winsley Hill/Winsley Bypass/Winsley Road – A363 – London Road –
High Street – Bathwick Street – Beckford Road – A36 – B3108 Lower Stoke
(unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation
on 3 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for
one day between the hours of 09.00 and 16.00. For further information

The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by
traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations
to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained
for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible
due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum
duration of 18 months.
