Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010
The following planning applications are those affecting the
setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public
Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view
on our website. Views relating to the planning applications
listed below should be made by 27/04/2018 quoting the
reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning
application will be considered and placed on a file, which is
open to the public.

Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation
Order 2016 (Amendment No. 4) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make
the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following
restrictions in the Parishes of East Wiltshire Consolidation Order
2016 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. EL57, EL58, EM57 dated
27 June 2016 for administrative purposes only, ED50, FG58
and FR107 dated 27 June 2016, EL86 dated 16 October 2017,
EL87 and EM87 dated 26 September 2016 and replacing
them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. ED50,
EL57, EL58, EL86, EL87, EM57, EM87, FG58 and FR107 and
introduce new Map Schedule Nos. ED51, EN87 ER53, ES54
and FF58 the effect of which will be as follows: Ludgershall -
a) to introduce No Waiting at any time on Deweys Lane –
both sides – from its junction with High Street for a distance of
10 metres in an easterly direction; Castle Street – east side –
from its junction with Deweys Lane to its junction with Butt
Street; Sydney Court – north side – from its junction with
High Street for a distance of 28 metres in a westerly direction
(for administrative purposes only with no changes to be made
on the ground); Sydney Court – south side – from its junction
with High Street for a distance of 23 metres in a westerly
direction (for administrative purposes only with no changes
to be made on the ground); b) to extend No Waiting at
any time on Castle Street – west side – from a point 52
metres north of its junction with Chapel Lane for a distance of
65 metres in a northerly direction. Market Lavington - a)
to introduce No Waiting at any time on High Street –
both sides - from a point 14 metres south west of its junction
with Stobbarts Road for a distance of 23 metres in a north
easterly direction; b) to remove No Waiting Monday to
Friday 9am – 6pm and replace with No Waiting at any
time on High Street – north west side – from the boundary
between property Nos. 29 and 31 High Street to a point
54 metres in a north westerly direction. Pewsey - a) to
introduce No Waiting at any time on Avonleaze Road –
both sides – from its junction with Broomcroft Road for a
distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction; Broomcroft
Road – east side – from a point 22 metres south of its junction
with Avonleaze Road for a distance of 37 metres in a northerly
direction; Church Street – north side – from its junction with
The Crescent for a distance of 6 metres in a north easterly
direction; Cosser Road – both sides – the complete length
(excluding lay-bys); Olympian Road – both sides – from its
junction with Silver Road to its easterly junction with Cosser
Road; The Crescent – north side – from its junction with
Church Street for a distance of 13 metres in a north westerly
direction; b) To remove No Waiting Monday to Saturday
8am – 6pm 30 minutes No return within 1 hour and
replace with No Waiting at any time on High Street –
north side – from the eastern boundary of property No. 23
High Street for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction.
Potterne - to introduce No Waiting at any time on Court
Hill – both sides – from its junction with High Street for a
distance of 12 metres in a westerly direction; High Street –
west side – from its junction with Court Hill for a distance of
15 metres in a northerly direction; Whistley Road – both
sides – from a point at the northern boundary of property No.
22 Whistley Road for a distance of 20 metres in a south easterly
direction. Rowde - to introduce No Waiting at any time on
B3101 Marsh Lane – west side – from its junction with A342
High Street for a distance of 32 metres in a southerly direction;
B3101 Marsh Lane – east side – from its junction with A342
High Street for a distance of 15 metres in a southerly direction
junction with A342 High Street for a distance of 32 metres in a
southerly direction; B3101 Marsh Lane – east side – from its
junction with A342 High Street for a distance of 15 metres in
a southerly direction Cock Road – south side – from a point
15 metres west of its junction with High Street for a distance
of 40 metres in a westerly direction; Springfield Road – east
side – from its junction with A342 High Street for a distance of
45 metres in a southerly direction. Deposit copies of the Order,
plans and Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to
make the Order may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire
Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during
normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be
seen at Ludgershall Library, Memorial Hall, Andover Road,
Ludgershall during the hours of 3pm to 6pm Tuesday, 2pm
to 5pm Wednesday and 9.30am to 12.30pm Friday; Market
Lavington Library, High Street, Market Lavington during the
hours of 2pm to 7pm Tuesday and 10am to 5pm Friday;
Pewsey Library, Aston Close, Pewsey during the hours of 2pm
to 5pm Monday and Friday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
Tuesday, 10am to 1pm Wednesday and Saturday and 10am to
5pm Thursday; Devizes Library, Sheep Street, Devizes during
the hours of 9am to 7pm Monday and Thursday, 9am to 5pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 9.30am to 4pm Saturday
until 30 April 2018. Documents can also be viewed online at
www.wiltshire.gov.uk/troconsultations.htm. Comments on
the proposal together with the reasons for which they are
made should be sent in writing or via the website to reach
the Sustainable Transport Group by 30th April 2018 quoting
reference LJB/TRO/EAST4.
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to
make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) B3353
(Part) Prospect/Broadstone/Linleys/Silver Street,
Corsham; from its junction with Broadmead to its junction
with Coppershell to enable Tarmac to undertake works for
carriageway reconstruction, road marking, ironwork and
associated works. Alternative route via B3353 (unaffected
length) – A4 – B3109 – A365 – B3353 (unaffected length) and
vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 30 April 2018
and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily
between the hours of 09.00 and 15.00 until 11 May 2018.

junction with Church Street to its junction with Market Street
to enable Wessex Water to undertake pipe replacement works.
Alternative route via Church Street – Union Street – The Halve –
A361 – Mortimer Street – Castle Street. This Order will come
into operation on 29 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the
closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.00
and 23.00. For further information please contact Simon Philips
(Wessex Water) on 03456004600. Notice is hereby given that
Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to
all traffic: (c) UC Winsley (Part), Winsley; from its junction
with Bradford Road for a distance of approximately 140m in
a north-easterly direction to enable Wessex Water to carry
out service repair works. Alternative route via Bradford Road –
Winsley (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will
come into operation on 9 April 2018 and it is anticipated
that the closure will be required until 13 April 2018.

Water) on 03456004600. Orders (a), (b) and (c) will have a
maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that
the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily
to all traffic: (d) B3098 High Street (Part), Easterton;
from its junction with Kings Road in a northerly direction for
a distance of approximately 400m to enable Wessex Water
to undertake sewer renovation works. Alternative route via
B3098 (unaffected length) – A360 – A342 – B3098 (unaffected
length) and vice versa. This Order, which previously came into
operation on 4 December 2017, will now recommence on
9 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be
required until 13 April 2018. The Order has a maximum
duration of 18 months. For further information please

The closures and diversion routes will be clearly
indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works
will take the stated durations to complete depending upon
weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents
and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due
to the nature of some of the works.
Section 14(1) and Section 14(7) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an
Order to:
Close temporarily to all traffic: Hospital Road (Part),
Westbury; from its junction with A350 Warminster Road for
a distance of approximately 80m in a south-easterly direction.
And to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way Order on
Hospital Road and The Butts to enable the roads to be used as
an alternative route.
To enable: Wessex Water to carry out reinstatement works.
Alternative route: via Hospital Road (unaffected length) –
The Butts – Orchard Road – A350 Warminster Road and vice
versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly
indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into
operation on 8 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure
will be required for one day between the hours of 09.00 and
16.00. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated
duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
Access will be maintained for residents and businesses
where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature
of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of
