The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 28/03/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL GRIMSTEAD 1 (PART) DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP

AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

The above order, made on 25 February 2019, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from OSGR SU 2253-2771, in a broadly southerly direction for approximately 106m, to OSGR SU 2257-2762, having a width of 2m, and thereupon the Salisbury and Wilton Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1953 shall be modified accordingly.

A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Rights of Way and Countryside, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 0XA from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Ali Roberts, Rights of Way Officer, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN not later than 5:00pm on 4 April 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Wiltshire Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order. 7 March 2019

Notice of Confirmation of Public Path Diversion Order and Definitive Map Modification Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Section 53A(2) Wiltshire Council The Wiltshire Council Parish of South Tidworth Paths Nos 15 and 16 (part) Diversion Order and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2019 On 26 February 2019 Wiltshire Council confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert to stop up 112 metres of South Tidworth footpath 15 from Bulford Road leading east south east to path no. 16 and 34 metres of footpath no 16 on the south western corner of the playing field (width 1.5 metres) and to create replacement footpaths from Bulford Road bus stop over surfaced path to path no. 16 (approx. length 65 metres width 2 metres) and to realign the south western corner of the route by the playing field (approx. length 24 metres width 2 metres) and to change the Amesbury Rural District Council area definitive map and statement accordingly. The diversion is necessary to enable development relating to planning application 18/02910/FUL (new all weather football pitch) to proceed. A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order Map may be seen at the Rights of Way Section, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN during normal office hours. This Order comes into force on the date on which the conditions of article two of the order have been complied with. But if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) A30 London Road (Part), Firsdown and Winterslow; from its junction with Thorneydown Road to its junction with Winterslow Road East to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: Via A30 (unaffected length) - A338 - A303 - A343 - A30 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 March 2019 and the closure will be required until 14 March 2019. For further information please contact Steve Hawkins on behalf of Eurovia on 07834503477. B) Phase One: C321 Parsonage Hill, Pitton and Farley; from its junction with Church Road to its junction with The Street; C) Phase Two: C321 (Part), Pitton and Farley; from its junction with The Street to its junction with High Street to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. B) Phase One Alternative route: via Church Road -The Street and vice versa. C) Phase Two Alternative route: via C332 - C289 The Street/Livery Road/Long Drove - C331 Grimstead Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 March 2019 and the closure will be required weekdays until 19 March 2019. D) C287 (Part), Laverstock and Ford; from its junction with A345 to its junction with A338 to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: via A345 -Portway - The Portway - A338 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 March 2019 and the closure will be required until 12 March 2019. E) Church Street (Part), Tisbury;from its junction with Paradise Meadow for a distance of approximately 30 metres in an easterly direction to enable Wessex water to install a new connection. Alternative route: via Church Street (unaffected length) Monmouth Road - Tucking Mill - Vicarage Road - High Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 March 2019 and the closure will be required until 13 March 2019. For further information please contact Sophie Andrews (Wessex Water) on 03456004600. Orders (a) to (e) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although
