Footpath C03 Bath Rd to East Cliff Promenade - Construction Works TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Bournemouth, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control pedestrian traffic.
WHAT: Footpath closed to all pedestrians
WHERE: Footpath C03 from Bath Road to East Cliff Promenade (rear of Waterfront site, western end of Bath Road South Car Park)
WHY: Waterfront area adventure golf course construction works for Bournemouth Borough Council
WHEN: Anticipated dates 11th March 2019 until 31st July 2019
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via Bath Road footway and Pier Approach

These arrangements may be extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations, and restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 6 months.
