I give notice that Atlas Planning Group Ltd have applied to Wiltshire Council on behalf of the owners for Full Planning Permission to: Subdivide the existing three storey dwellinghouse of The Glebe' into x 6 2- and 3-bedroom flats. The existing triple garage is proposed to be converted to provide an associated bin and bike store (Reference: 19/02848/FUL).
Any owner* or tenant** of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Wiltshire Council, The Council House, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, SP1 3UZ by 29th April 2019. If you decide to make representations you should make it clear that you are an owner of ttie land encompassed within application site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address, "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired terms of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of materials, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver), ""tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
