The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 23/05/2019 quoting the reference number. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all users: Bridleway 82 (Part) Winterslow; from its junction with Livery Road to its junction with Bridleway 80 Winterslow to enable High and low voltage underground cable installation. Alternative routes: via Livery Road - Bridleway 80 Winterslow and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 01 June 2019 and is expected to be required for 3 months. The Order will have a maximum duration ofsix months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A) A360 (Part), Shrewton; from its junction with Rollestone Road to its junction with B390 Chitterne Road to enable Tarmac to carry out Carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via B390 - A36 - A303 - A360 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 28 May 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 until 13 June 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: B) High Lane (Part), Broad Chalke; from its junction with Gurston Lane for a distance of approximately 190 metres in an easterly direction to enable Openreach to access underground structure to renew faulty cable. Alternative route:

via High Lane (unaffected length) - C64 - A30 - A36 - A3094 - C320 -

Broadchalke Road - High Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 07 May 2019 and the closure will be required until 08 May 2019. For further information please contact A Plant Lux Traffic Control (Openreach) on 03700500792. Orders (a) to (b) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
