Wiltshire Police are looking to speak to Allan Campbell, in relation to a number of canal boat burglaries from across the county.
The 39-year-old is described as white, 6’ 2” tall, of proportionate build and has numerous tattoos on his arms, hands, chest and back.
He has no fixed address and is believed to have been in the Warwickshire area recently but may have moved on.
Thefts from canal barges have seen a sharp increase in recent weeks, with incidents reported from Devizes to Bradford on Avon.
PCSOs in Trowbridge have recently started patrolling the canal towpaths on bikes, where money, phones, cameras, jewellery and laptops have been stolen.
