TEENAGE entrepreneur and Dragons' Den star Jordan Daykin has been ranked in the top 100 Most Powerful Entrepreneurs List this week.

The teen from Trowbridge is 68th in the list compiled by City A.M. He became the youngest person to win an investment on Dragons’ Den in 2014 when he secured £80,000 investment from Deborah Meaden for his business Grip It.

Mr Daykin said: “Being included in the top 100 list with some of the country’s most successful business people is incredibly important to me. I consider this to be recognition and to a degree validation of all of my hard work. The last two years have been hard work, but have also included some of my proudest moments.

"It is such an honour to be included on a list with so many people who have over the years inspired me in many ways,” he added..

Mr Daykin is now setting his sights on climbing to the top 20.

The list of 100 Most Powerful Entrepreneurs contains people such as Richard Branson and Victoria Beckham.
