THE parking signs that caused confusion and anger over fines being handed out at Trowbridge's Cradle Bridge Retail Park have finally been updated.
On Thursday, Smart Parking changed the signs by the M&S Foodhall and Toby Carvery so that it says, in big bold writing, that people can park for up to three hours for free.
Motorists now only need to enter their registration numbers if using the payment machines for staying longer than three hours.
Even though Smart Parking scrapped their system where shoppers had to enjoy three hours of three parking there in mid October, the signs were only changed almost two months later.
