Proposal to turn Holt site into homes and offices
AN application to turn the Old Tannery site in Holt into 44 homes, offices and workshops, has been sent to Wiltshire Council.
J & T Beaven are looking to push through its plans, which involve building flats and houses, at the building in The Midlands.
The authority’s target date for the application is in late June.
The proposal was put forward last week. The application number is 18/02408/FUL
