POLICE are working hard to improve the quality of its 101 call service.
Inspector Andy Fee said at Trowbridge’s annual meeting on Tuesday that the force has had a big recruitment drive for its contact centre for when people report crimes.
More staff are set to join the team in the coming months as the force looks to cut down its call waiting time.
“There has been a big push to improve our 101 service. The PCC has extra funds for this,” he said.
