THE leadership team at IT support firm, Systemagic Ltd, has spent the past month promoting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

The Bradford on Avon-based company backed Mental Health Awareness Week from May 14-20 by taking part in a month-long event.

Managing director James Eades, chairman Martin Spiller, operations manager Harriet Brooks and account manager Mark Salen were among those taking part.

They dusted off their running gear to complete Miles For Mind, a virtual run that covered 50 miles each, in aid of Wiltshire MIND, the local mental health charity.

Mr Eades said: ‘Miles for Mind has been a fantastic way to encourage staff to get active and work together while promoting health and wellbeing in our workplace.

“We’re really pleased that the team have supported such a brilliant cause and if it gets people talking more about mental health, it’s certainly worthwhile.”
