SCOUTS past and present gathered as the Warminster Scout Group celebrated its 10th anniversary last weekend.
Held in the Lakeside Centre in the town park, the day commenced with a presentation, followed by competitions, games and birthday cake.
Scouting demonstrations such as putting up tents and using equipment were carried out by leaders in the Scout Hut.
The Warminster Scout Group was formed in October 2008 following the amalgamation of the 1st Warminster and 6th Warminster Scout Groups.
It is part of the Wiltshire West District of the Scout Association, and occupies the Greenland Hut in the corner of the Town Park, in Weymouth Street.
The group continues to grow and offers varied scouting opportunities through Beavers, Cubs and Scouts sections.
Each section is run by experienced Scout leaders supported by a number of adult volunteers.
