Two killed in fatal crash near Westbury
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two people were killed in a fatal traffic collision near Westbury yesterday (October 28).
The two-vehicle crash, between a car and a lorry, happened at around 4.10pm yesterday near to Coach Road on the A350 between Yarnbrook and Westbury.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, the two people inside the car were pronounced dead at the scene.
The road remains closed at this time.
Police officers are looking to speak to anyone who might have information and would urge them to call Wiltshire Police on 101, quoting Log 249 of yesterday. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
