THE Codford Christmas tree festival has been drawing in residents from the village and those from further afield.
Open until January 5, the array of trees which are on display in St Peters Church are open for all to look round.
The trees themselves were each made by a group, individual, organisation or charity from the area who have made the tree their own with decorations and tinsel.
Some groups have even made their tree from scratch.
The Four of Us group who do handy work in the village hall every morning have made their Christmas tree entry purely from wood for a slightly different festive feel.
Romy Wyeth who lives in the village said: "The Codford Christmas tree festival is a great initiative for the village and residents do love having a look around.
"Everyone involved at the church as well as residents always has great enthusiasm for it.
"It gives a real festive feel to the village over Christmas time."
