A WARMINSTER woman has been inspired to become a gut health mentor after losing over four stone on a weight loss programme.
Val Harris, 45, of Southdown Way, is now mentoring 125 people in seven countries worldwide with the Australia-based Putting Health at the Top (Ph@tt) organisation.
She said: “After having no long-term success with other weight loss programmes, a friend introduced me to the Ph@tt programme.
“ I have lost 30kg/66lb and I have energy again, my ‘mojo’ is back and I feel incredibly well. I am proud to now be at a healthy weight.
“My mentor supported me wonderfully throughout the process and I was inspired to become a mentor myself.
“This plan has changed my health, my weight, my relationship with food and, most importantly, mine and my family’s lives.
“I am mentoring neighbours and between six of us in my street in 2018 we have lost around 70kg.” For more details, go to http://www.phatt.co.uk/ValHarris
