Three men have been arrested after police received reports of men trying front doors and car door handles last night in Trowbridge.
Police are appealing for information from the public after officers were called to an area in Ferris Way at 11pm last night (Wednesday February 6).
Officers attended the location and carried out a search of the area. They located three men who matched the descriptions passed by the caller.
The three men, all aged 18, and from the Trowbridge area, were arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference.
They were taken to Melksham custody where they remain for questioning.
Det Sgt Anthony King said: “We need to hear from anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area, or anyone with relevant CCTV footage.”
