A NEW development of 58 homes, which will also bring allotments, a community orchard and children’s play facilities to Bradford on Avon, has been opened to the public.
Bristol-based Bellway Homes is building a development of three, four and five-bedroom homes at Tithecote Manor off the Holt Road.
With work progressing well, a new sales centre has now opened on site and the housebuilder says it is already attracting much interest.
Christel Hawkins, sales manager for Bellway South West, said: “We’re very excited about the new homes at Tithecote Manor, and we’ve already had significant interest from local people and from customers further afield.
“As part of the planning agreement, Bellway will be making financial contributions of over £500,000 towards local infrastructure as well as providing affordable housing for local people and key workers.”
