Wiltshire Mind

ARE you struggling at work? Are you in need of mental health support? At some point in our lives we are all likely to struggle and things may reach breaking point. At Wiltshire Mind we want to reach people at the earliest point to provide help and support.

Wiltshire Mind, your local mental health charity, holds an Evening Support Group, primarily to support those who are in work but feel stressed, depressed, lacking in confidence or are just in need of mental health support. The group has been set up to encourage people to come forward and seek help.

Carolyn Beale, chief executive, added: "We recognise how difficult it is sometimes for people in work to seek help and would urge people of any age suffering from depression, anxiety or other mental health issue to visit the group for a chat and a coffee. Those who attend find it very beneficial. The group supports many who are going through a crisis and feeling they just need a bit of extra support.”

The weekly group offers support, information and signposting to other services as well as friendship and is held at Mind's offices , which are on the first and second floor at 21-23 High Street, Melksham from 6-8pm on a Tuesday evening. There is no need to book, just call in.
