A TEAM from the Saxon Agility Club is to compete at the world’s greatest dog show on Sunday March 10.
It’s the first time the Saxon All Stars from Widbrook, Bradford on Avon, have won through to Crufts.
The four-strong team comprises Sophie Edgar and Ellie Bright with their working cockers Pepper and Luna, Maya Patton with her border collie Misty, and Morgan Shoesmith with her standard poodle Havana.
The team have been put together by Debbie and David Elliott, who own and run the Saxon Agility Club at the
Saxon Equestrian Centre at Widbrook.
Debbie, 56, said: “It’s dogs and children so anything can happen, but they have the potential to get a place if they work the obstacles.”
They will be up against 12 other agility dog teams and will be competing at Crufts from 8am on Sunday morning.
The club’s 60 members train twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday.
