The Disabled On Line Cyber Café was pleased to receive a £200 donation from Asda recently as a result of the store’s charity support initiative the green token scheme.
The Cyber Café, based in Church Walk, Trowbridge, improves lives for people with a wide range of disabilities through the provision of staff support for clients to enable them to use personal computers, bespoke software and high-speed broadband internet services.
We first opened in Trowbridge in June 2000. By giving people as much time and personal assistance they need, staff can help people to achieve
goals that they could not attain anywhere else. This positive feeling promotes and makes a very real difference to their quality of life.
We combine a drop in and a pre-booking system in a welcoming environment with refreshments so that people are able to relax and choose to come in when it best suits them.
Opening hours are 10-4 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
The café is always seeking help and offers of assistance can be made to trowbridgecybercafe@yahoo.com
