A FORMER St Laurence School pupil from Bradford on Avon has joined the cast of a leading theatre company in Singapore.
Since leaving school, Rayanna Dibs has forged a career as a London-based UK stage and screen actress.
She has recently relocated back to London having lived in Singapore for the past 18 months but has returned to the Far East to join the cast of a new stage production.
Rayanna, 35, said: “I am now returning to ‘the pore’ this month to join the cast of a top Singaporean theatre company in their latest summer production, Displaced Persons’ Welcome Dinner.”
From critically-acclaimed theatre company Checkpoint Theatre, it is a powerful new play about humanitarian workers caught in the crosshairs of a crisis.
The play is a part of SIFA, Singapore’s International Festival of Arts, from May 16 to June 2. Go to https://www.sifa.sg/programmes/
