A LOCAL author paid a visit to Trowbridge library to speak about his new book, The Witches’ Tea Party.
Stuart McDonald read his new children’s book to an audience over the Easter half-term and took part in activities.
Mr McDonald said: “I was genuinely blown away by the number who attended on what was such a lovely sunny day.
“The children were captivated all the way through and the questions and answers session that followed was just as amusing as always; with some great ideas for spooky cooking suggestions.
“I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and was blessed with such a warm welcome from Jenny DeLang and the whole library team on the day.
“They were just as excited as the children.
“My next book is well under way and due for release early this summer.
“It’s not a witchy sequel; but a completely different story.”
