HOLBROOK School is celebrating winning three awards at the Trowbridge Town Awards.

The awards recognised the contribution of the Parent Teacher Association as well as the ongoing link between Holbrook and Alzheimer’s Support.

The PTA won the Public Sector Hero Award as well as the Community Champion Award. They were also selected for the Mayor’s Choice Award.

Deputy head at Holbrook Primary Rose Nunn said: “As a school we could not be more grateful to our fantastic PTA and are delighted that they were recognised at the Trowbridge Town Council Annual Awards.

“I also applaud all involved in the link between Holbrook Primary and Alzheimer’s Support.

“I firmly believe that our pupils benefit hugely from interactions with members of the Mill Street Club and have seen the joy that they bring club members.

“The school is passionate about being part of the wider community and promoting altruism.”
