THE 2018/19 Wiltshire County FA Ability Counts League concluded at Stanley Park Chippenham last month.
With Chippenham Town being crowned champions for the first time, in a nail-biting conclusion to the season.
The Bluebirds were chased all the way to the title by Swindon Town, with Chippenham winning the title by just one point after an exciting final round of fixtures.
Watched on by Chippenham chairman Neil Blackmore and other supporters, the players on the day went through all the emotions possible, with goals from captain Ashley Maunder, Kevin Webb and James Bartlett.
Kevin Bullock’s side collecting 94 points from 42 games throughout the season, scoring 114 goals in the process – both of which are club records.
Kevin Webb finished the campaign as top scorer with 34 goals.
Chippenham Town FC Ability Counts would like to thank everyone who has volunteered and supported the team throughout the season and would like them to join them at their awards night at Hardenhuish Park on Friday, May 10 (7.30pm).
