THE M4 Westbound between J18 and J19 is being affected by a vehicle recovery.
Highways England has closed the hard shoulder and lane one for a lorry to have a tyre changed.
The incident is expected to be cleared between 9.45am and 10am.
On the railways, engineering work is taking place between Bristol and Westbury, closing all lines.
Trains will not run between Bristol Temple Meads and Swindon / Westbury or between Swindon and Westbury.
Buses will replace trains between:
Bristol Temple Meads, Bath Spa and Chippenham
Chippenham and Swindon
Bristol Temple Meads and Westbury - some buses will call at all stations and some will run directly or with fewer calling points. Some buses will be extended to run to / from Frome for better rail connections.
Swindon and Westbury
Trains between Swansea, Penzance, Paignton,Taunton, Bristol Temple Meads and London Paddington will be diverted via an alternative route between Bristol Temple Meads and Swindon.
