A YOUNG Wiltshire entrepreneur has appealed against Wiltshire Council’s refusal to let him change the use of agricultural land to a domestic garden.
Jordan Daykin, the owner of Gripit Fixings Ltd at Melksham and Vehicle Preparation Services Group in Bristol, had applied retrospectively for the change of use at his home near Westbury.
He wants permission to turn the land into a garden, complete with garden shed, play climbing frame, zip wire and frames.
His appeal will be determined by written representations to the Planning Inspectorate in Bristol. Anyone wishing to comment must do so by Friday, June 14.
Comments should be submitted online to https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk, or to Planning Inspectorate, Room 3c, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN, quoting reference APP/Y3940/W/19/3223582.
