FOURTEEN gardens took part in the third Art in the Gardens exhibition at Bratton yesterday.

The event raised money for Macmillian Cancer Support.

Organiser Lucy Ellis said: "The history behind these events is the when I moved here from over 10 years ago I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

"The villagers were so supportive and friendly that I wanted to give back something to the village and fund raise for Macmillan Cancer Support. The first one was held in 2013 and then in 2016."

There was 20 artists from the Innovation Design Study Group displaying and or selling a wide range of artwork.

The work on display varied from paintings, photography, felting and sculptures to pottery, jewellery, wood turning, land art and floral art displays.
