A HEARING is to be held in September into a landowner's appeal against Wiltshire Council's refusal to let him extend a day room.
The hearing will start at 10am on Tuesday, September 10 at St John's Parish Centre, Suite 2, 2 Wingfield Road, Trowbridge, and is scheduled to last one day.
Wiltshire Council said the extension proposed by Mr T Ayres, of Hisomely Farmhouse, Dilton Marsh, would result in the creation of a new permanent dwelling in the open countryside outside development limits.
