TWO popular high street retailers, The Works and Holland & Barrett, are coming to Warminster’s Three Horseshoes Walk Shopping Centre.

The new shops are expected to open this autumn with The Works and Holland & Barrett taking part of the former Poundland store after the latter relocated within the centre to share premises with Pep & Co.

Will Allan, Asset Manager at landlords NewRiver, said: “We are delighted to secure both The Works and Holland & Barrett as tenants in Three Horseshoes Walk.

“Their arrival shows there is still positivity in the retail market and demonstrates that we are bucking the trend by completing long-term lease deals with quality high street retailers.”

The Works stocks an extensive range of toys, gifts, stationery and arts and crafts at discounted prices in stores throughout the UK and Ireland.

Health and wellness retailer Holland & Barrett supplies a wide range of vitamins, minerals, health supplements, specialist foods and natural beauty products from more than 1,300 stores worldwide.

Peter Ruscoe, Three Horseshoes Walk Centre Manager, said: “These popular high street brands will enhance the diversity of shops already in the centre, complementing existing stores such as WH Smith with Post Office, Costa Coffee, Iceland, Superdrug, Greggs, Peacocks and Specsavers, which opened in the centre last year.

"The good mix of retailers provides convenience and community shopping for a range of family needs.”

NewRiver has made a significant contribution to the centre’s improved appearance with new signage, planters and decoration.

The centre offers three hours’ free parking for shoppers seven days a week.
