Adver Sport assess the performances of the Swindon Town players after their 3-0 win over Macclesfield Town in League Two.

Luke McCormick: 7

The Town stopper had very little to do today apart from two relatively comfortable saves, but he will be delighted with just his second clean sheet of the season regardless.

Rob Hunt: 8

Two assists for the full back and hardly put a foot wrong all game. He is quickly turning into a first name on the team sheet type. Very impressive.

Dion Conroy: 7

Another solid display from the captain. Macclesfield’s shape allowed him to play a couple of long-range passes, but the damage was done through others in front today. Subbed.

Mathieu Baudry: 6.5

Limited himself to just a couple of slight clumsy errors today, but overall, was not tested too much and will gain confidence from being part of a clean sheet.

Ellis Iandolo: 7.5

With Fryers now back fully fit, Iandolo will have to continue to play at the standard he did this afternoon if he is to keep his place, but the 22-year-old does look a much better option in the trio of games he has played since returning. Another strong performance from the stand-in left-back.

Lloyd Isgrove: 7.5

The winger was absolutely top drawer in the opening 45 but slightly faded in the second. He came alive for the third goal though, playing a crucial long pass that would ultimately lead to the game-clincher. Subbed.

Danny Rose: 6.5

Did the job that was required of him in midfield, but you feel he will be the first to go should Wellens opt to recall Michael Doughty on Tuesday.

Anthony Grant: 7

The Shrewsbury loanee did a good job of filling in for Lyden in terms of being the destroyer in midfield and his tackling and aggression set the tone for his side. Subbed.

Keshi Anderson: 8

Anderson was again the focal point for all of the good attacking play Town mustered throughout and grabbed himself a deserved goal by being in the right place at the right time early on.

Jerry Yates: 7.5

Yates appears to be loving life alongside Doyle and produced another lively performance that featured good hold-up play and an unmatched desire to run for his team. A joy to watch, although a goal would have capped an excellent afternoon.

Eoin Doyle: 8.5

Two more goals for the League’s top scorer and what good goals they were too. The second in particular may be a contender for goal of the season in terms of the build up and finish.

SUBSTITUTES:

Tom Broadbent: 6

Did what was required and held out for a clean sheet late on.

Adam May: 6

Filled in nicely in midfield, but didn’t have any time to make a real impact.

Kaiyne Woolery: 6

Had one chance to break away late on, but was shepherded out well and will hope for a chance to start on Tuesday.
