MORE than 100 people are to take part in the Bradford on Avon Glow Run on Saturday to raise funds for three local schools.
The community event will raise funds for three local primary schools and already families and children have booked in to run two kilometres in the dark.
Organiser, Charlotte Adcock, of the Westview Day Nursery, said: "It's going to be a fantastic event for the community and we hope that as many local families as possible will take part.
"We will start with a group warm up and then do a big colour paint burst and then they will run the 2km route."
The event starts at 6.30pm in Culver Field, off Pound Lane, in Bradford on Avon. The proceeds will go to the Fitzmaurice, Westwood with Iford and Winsley primary schools.
Miss Adcock added: "We've got just over 100 people taking part at the moment.
"We're hoping to raise as much as possible for the schools but haven't sold as many tickets as we'd like at this stage so there's still time to book in."
To take part, please contact Charlotte Adcock on 01225 864544.
