EMMA, Viscountess Weymouth, has thanked Strictly Come Dancing viewers for keeping her in the popular BBC1 TV competition.
The 33-year-old is dancing the Foxtrot with her professional partner Aljaž Škorjanec on Saturday evening.
She said: “Last week we danced the Tango. We had the most amazing time and thank goodness we got through!
"So thank you to everyone who voted for us. It means the world to be doing this and I’m so grateful for all the support everyone has been giving us.
"This weekend is movie week on Strictly which is so exciting. Aljaž and I are dancing a slow Foxtrot to the theme tune from Downton Abbey which is a very beautiful bit of music.
"I hope we can convey a lot of emotion through our characterisation in the dance and can’t wait.”
The chatelaine of the Longleat estate is hoping to improve on their 9th place on the leaderboard.
