Crews battled fire in Tidworth
Crews from all over Wiltshire battled a blaze at the back of an old bank yesterday.
Firefighters from Devizes, Marlborough, Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge were among those called to the old Lloyds TSB bank in Statin Road, Tidworth.
At the height of the incident eight fire appliances were in attendance.
Dorset and Wiltshire fire control issued a statement just after 1am on Friday which said: "Multiple crews from across Wiltshire are in attendance at a Fire in Tidworth."
Later Bradford on Avon fire station tweeted to say: "Now in attendance at an ongoing incident in Tidworth. One main jet in use and crews damping down."
