DOC Martin actress Stephanie Cole will be in Devizes on Thursday to help promote World Mental Health Day.
Ms Cole, whose high profile TV appearances have also included Coronation Street, Open All Hours, Waiting for God and Tenko, has personal knowledge of mental health issues and will be the keynote speaker.
The event in Devizes Town Hall organised by the Richmond Fellowship for the Wiltshire Wellbeing Employer Network will start at 10am when Mayor Judy Rose welcomes guests to the town.
During the morning there will be a number of talks including one on how to recognise signs of workplace mental health, suicide prevention and wellbeing support resources.
Ms Cole, who is now staring with Jason Manford in the new BBC TV series Scarbrough, will take to the stage at 12.45pm.
