EMMA, Viscountess Weymouth, and her professional partner Aljaž Škorjanec entranced Strictly Come Dancing viewers in Saturday night's show.

The 33-year-old danced the Foxtrot to the theme tune from Downton Abbey by John Lunn.

Viewers described their dance as "beautiful" and "elegant" but judges are still criticising her lack of technique.

Emma said: “Last week we danced the Tango. We had the most amazing time and thank goodness we got through!

“So thank you to everyone who voted for us. It means the world to be doing this and I’m so grateful for all the support everyone has been giving us.

“This weekend is Movie Week on Strictly which is so exciting. Aljaž and I are dancing a slow Foxtrot to the theme tune from Downton Abbey which is a very beautiful bit of music.

The Longleat estate chatelaine finished 5th on the leaderboard with 28 points - the couple's highest position so far.

They tied with Saffron Barker and pro-partner A J Pritchard, who danced the Paso Doble to 'Everybody Wants To Rule The World' by Lorde from The Hunger Games.

Top of the leaderboard are Kelvin Fletcher and Oti Mabuse with 38 points - including the first two 'tens' of this season - after dancing a Charleston to 'Trip A Little Light Fantastic' by Lin-Manuel Miranda from Mary Poppins Returns.

Anneka Rice and Kevin Clifton finished bottom of the leaderboard with only 11 points from their Charleston dancing to 'Woo Hoo' by The 5678's from Kill Bill.

In the dance-off, they faced former England goalkeeper David James and his pro-partner Nadiya Bychkova dancing an American Smooth to a 'Kiss From A Rose' by Seal from Batman Forever  which had scored 16 points.

All four judges gave the nod to David and Nadiya, meaning Anneka and Kevin, who was last year's winner, became the second couple to be eliminated from the show.
