EXPERTS on health and wellbeing are running a family friendly day out in Bradford on Avon on Saturday (Oct 12).

From martial arts, to massage and mental health support, 28 groups will be on hand to help families improve their health and wellbeing. There will be talks on issues such as exam stress, sleep and behavioural issues The event is free and starts from 10am to 4pm in St Margaret's Hall.

Organiser Jaqcui Gray said: "The focus will be on the family but in particular the school-aged child to help give strategies, advice and support to cope with mental health challenges. It's about offering supportive techniques to create a calmer environment at home, and/or to support families during exam stress."
