The Three Horseshoes Shopping Centre in Warminster
THE owner of the Three Horseshoes Shopping Centre in Warminster is planning expansion in the town.
Cllr Tony Nicklin says NewRiver Retail is keen to work with Warminster Town Council to redevelop the land between Three Horseshoes Walk and Warminster Library.
The company wants to provide community-based buildings such as a gym or other footfall generators but not new retail.
Cllr Nicklin spoke at a Warminster Town Council Town Development meeting held on September 23.
NewRiver Retail is a specialist listed real estate investment trust focused primarily on retail and leisure property.
The company own 29 shopping centres, 22 retail warehouses, 14 high street units and 359 public houses throughout the country.
