A MAN was seen starting a disorder on a train at Westbury Station where he tried to assault train staff with a bottle on Saturday (October 12) evening.
Jason Wynter, 48, from Trowbridge was charged and remanded for two counts of assault on an emergency worker and with a section five public order offence following the disruption.
He will appear before Swindon Remand Court on November 14.
