WE are in a really good run of form at the moment after our two victories against Milton Keynes Lightning and Basingstoke Bison last weekend made it six wins in a row altogether.

There is a really good feeling in the locker room right now.

I thought we were excellent on Saturday night at home against Milton Keynes. To come away with a 7-0 victory is great.

Then, on Sunday away at Basingstoke, I think we played well again and deserved to come home with the points.

Although it is great to win games 7-0, the score at Basingstoke was 5-3 and that is just as important.

One of the criticisms we have had over the last few seasons is letting wins slip away from us, or games being tight right until the end and us just missing out.

This season, if a game is still close at the end, we have kept fighting and found a way to win. That is a fantastic trait to have.

We are not getting carried away. It is still really early in the season and there is a long way to go, but to have a start like we have had is very important. We have to try to keep this good feeling going.

There are going to be a lot of varied results all over the league this season and teams at the bottom will beat teams at the top from time to time.

We have to keep our feet on the ground but I don’t think we could have asked for much more than the start we have had.
