A CHRISTMAS table top sale was held at Westwood Social Club on Saturday morning to raise money for Larkrise Special School in Trowbridge.
Cards, cakes and other homemade and secondhand Christmas gifts were being sold from stalls set up by members of Friends of Larkrise, a group of parents, family members and supporters of the school who organise fundraising events to benefit the school and pupils.
Run by Kayleigh Ramplin and her mum Shirley Ramplin, pre-loved, crafts, homemade bath bombs and jewellery sold well throughout the afternoon.
The total amount raised is still being calculated and will be spent on equipment at the school.
Earlier this year it was confirmed the special school will be closing, along with St Nicholas in Chippenham, to allow for a new super school to built in Rowde.
