WITH the ink drying on a new deal that will see a full and regular programme of live music occurring at Trowbridge Town Hall, Sheer Music will be presenting their final gig of the year in Trowbridge this Saturday immediately after the Lantern Parade.
The musical comedy show will feature hometown Trowbridge boys, The Real Cheesemakers, who will be releasing their debut album, Grated Hits which has been 17 years in the making.
Fan favourites Chedder George, Weasel The Tortoise and Skull of Doom will be performed on the night.
Kieran J Moore, from Sheer Music said: "Trowbridge hasn’t seen anything quite like this before, and very much sets the tone of things to come next. Fun, engaging and highly entertaining.
"Support comes from Bristol’s favourite wurzel rapper, Corky, who may will have seen on the same circuit as well as supporting the actual Wurzels across farms around the country.
"His own take on farming life, Ginsters Pasties and cider will also rouse the audience in ways you probably aren’t prepared for."
The performance will take place on Saturday November 30 at Trowbridge town hall, doors will open from 8pm.
Support act SheRobot will perform from 8.45-9.15pm, with Corkey following from 9.30-10pm. The Real Cheesemakers will take to the stage at 10.15pm. Tickets are £5 in advance from www.wegottickets.com/event/482592 or £7 on the door.
